You must complete the verification on your account as a mandatory requirement on our Platform. You will not be able to make use of all features such as making a deposit or creating a Live Account unless your account is verified.
Proof of Identity document document guidelines.
We can accept any of the following. We do not accept temporary residence permits.
- Passport
- Drivers License
- Residence Documentation
- National Identity Card
Also,
- We need to have the front and back of the document.
- Needs to be a document issued by the government.
- Must be able to see the full document.
- The ID needs to contain your date of birth and you must be over 18 years of age.
- Document needs to be valid/in date.
- Documents with 5 days remaining to expiry will not be accepted.
- Cannot be a screenshot from a computer or mobile device.
- The document can't be password protected.
- File format: .jpeg or .png files only.
