The funds have been processed and are still waiting for the 3-6 confirmations on the Blockchain.

We are waiting for you to input your Bitcoin Address.
WAITING PROCESS
You have requested a withdrawal and it has not been processed yet.
PENDING
We are either waiting for some additional information from you or we are still completing some internal checks.
